Publication£ºLaw Press China

Date£º2014. 9

The draft shows the most recognized and applicable rules of private law in Europe, which can be called one of the world's most advanced drafts of Civil Code. Regardless of whether the final draft be passed or in what form, the hidden meaning and academic value cannot be ignored. With the gradual improvement of China's socialist legal system, developing a mature Civil Code is an inevitable requirement, and also the academic hope and dream. The publication of the draft translation has far-reaching impact on the construction of the current Civil Code, and also has important theoretical and practical significance.
