Han Dayuan: The Constitutional logic of the Right to Life


The Constitutional logic of the Right to Life reasons and analyses the category, type and representative cases of the right to life. It goes into the social hotspots like death penalty, suicide, human organ transplant, human cloning and euthanasia which relate to the right to life, and it puts forward that how the constitution can play a part in adjusting social relations in the hotspots mentioned above, which is of great theoretical and practical value to the present researches on the applications of constitution in China.

In the eyes of law, it is the immortal natural law which is eternally be with human beings and guided by God himself that endows individuals the right to life. Any laws of nation that go against the natural law is ineffective.
