Honors and Awards:The study on the subject system of the antitrust law won the Outstanding Paper of Economic Law of China Law Society in December 2003;
The new development of the means of government regulation won second prize of the Twentieth Economic Law Symposium of thirteen provinces, municipalities, autonomous regions, awarded by Economic Law Research Association of Law Society of thirteen provinces, municipalities , autonomous regions on September 16, 2004;
The research of restrictions on the right to refuse trade won the second prize of the Outstanding Paper of Economic Law Research Association of China Law Society in December 2004;
Antitrust issues regarding abusement of relative economic advantages won an excellent Paper Award of Economic Law Research. Association of Beijing Law Society on December 19, 2004;
The restrictions of antitrust law on freedom of contract won first prize of the Twentieth Economic Law Symposium of thirteen provinces, municipalities, autonomous regions, awarded by Economic Law Research Association of Law Society of thirteen provinces, municipalities , autonomous regions in August 2005;
