Honors and Awards:More than 25 years experience as an international commercial litigation and arbitration lawyer in London and Bermuda and has been involved in:
a. Litigation in the United States, Hong Kong, France and Switzerland as well as England and Bermuda and
b. Arbitrations in London, Bermuda (UNCITRAL Model law) and the United States (AAA and ad hoc).
In London, He also specialised in drafting insurance and reinsurance policies for insurance companies and Lloyd's syndicates. These covered a wide variety of subjects and included insurance policies for media, internet and technology companies.
In Bermuda, He was involved in cases involving Chinese companies and Chinese law. I was referred to as a leading lawyer in London and Bermuda in independent guides to the legal profession produced by Chambers.
