The 21st Century Legal Textbooks Series is a representive textbook of the latest academic levels of Renmin University Law School. It can be divided into four categories. The first one is the 14 textbooks on the core legal subjects; The second is the textbooks on cases analysis; The third is the non-compulsory textbooks; The fourth is the reference books of the 14 textbooks on the core legal subjects. Professor Zeng Xianyi is the editor-in-chief of the textbook series. The authors of the textbooks include the specialists of the leading subjects and faculty members of the Law School and the famous scholars of various national universities. Meanwhile, the textbooks are the most scientific and practical ones of its kind compared with the current textbooks in China. Among the textbooks in the series the 14 textbooks on the core legal subjects won the first prize honors as awarded by the Ministry of Education in 2002.
